For parents and guardians

A place teenagers want to be.

Here we explain what JUNIVERSE is, who it is for, what is decided and what is still being developed. And how you can ask your own questions.

The concept in brief

Training, wellbeing and community in one place.

JUNIVERSE is a planned fitness and social destination for 14 to 18 year olds in central Stockholm. The idea is to create a place teenagers actually want to be: where they train, meet like-minded people, build healthy habits and feel part of something. A healthy environment and the right crowd give a foundation to build on.

Nothing is open yet. The concept, brand and planning are under way. Property, date and prices have not been decided.

  • TrainingA proper gym, a Girls Zone, pilates, yoga and group training.
  • SocialLounge, smoothie and coffee bar, music and alcohol-free events.
  • Age groupBuilt for 14 to 18 year olds.
  • Alcohol-freeNo alcohol, neither at the bar nor at events.

What we know. What is being developed.

We want you to be able to trust what you read here. So we separate what is part of the concept from what has not been decided yet.

Safety and wellbeing

Safety is part of the plan.

A place for teenagers needs more than good equipment. How staffing, onboarding, house rules and supervision will work is being developed now and will be published here before the venue opens. We will not promise anything we cannot show.

Already part of the concept: an alcohol-free environment, a focus on healthy habits, the Girls Zone as an option of its own and membership by application so the number of members can be managed by capacity.

How membership is meant to work.

The ambition is a membership that is affordable for young people, with a limited number of places so the experience holds up. Prices and terms have not been set.

From interest to member
  1. Interest

Your teenager can register interest themselves. We only ask for first name, email and age range, plus optional interests.

  2. Applications open

As the flagship gets closer to opening, we contact people on the list with terms and next steps.

  3. Membership by capacity

Places are offered based on capacity. Registering interest does not guarantee membership.

Questions from parents

Straight answers.

Is JUNIVERSE open?

No. JUNIVERSE is a concept in development. No venue is open and no opening date has been set.

Which age group is it for?

Ages 14 to 18.

Will there be staff on site?

Staffing and supervision are being developed before opening and will be published here. We will not describe a setup before it is decided.

Is alcohol served?

No. JUNIVERSE is alcohol-free, both at the bar and at events.

What will it cost?

Prices have not been set. The ambition is a price that is accessible for young people.

Does my teenager need my consent?

Terms for members under 18, for example whether guardian consent is required, will be decided before applications open and communicated clearly.

How late will evenings go?

The ambition is to stay open until 23:00 on weekdays and until 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. This is not confirmed, and how late hours work for different ages and areas is one of the questions we are working on.

What data do you collect?

Only what we need to get back to you. Read more on the privacy page.
